Nuvama Recommends Buying Signature Global Shares, Expects Stock to Rise Up to 35Percentage

Brokerage firm Nuvama has recommended buying shares of Signature Global (India) Ltd, setting a target price of ₹1,436, which is 35% higher than the current market price. As of market closing on March 17, 2025, the stock was trading at ₹1,062.95 per share.

Strong Market Position & Growth Momentum

Signature Global has established itself as one of the largest real estate developers in NCR within just a decade. It started with affordable housing, gaining recognition for fast project launches and timely deliveries. Post-COVID, the company successfully shifted to premium housing, leading to 7.6 times rise in sales bookings over FY21–9MFY25.

With robust cash flows and low working capital needs, Signature Global is on track to achieve net cash status. Additionally, the real estate upcycle and its premium housing transition are expected to drive a 21% CAGR in pre-sales over FY25–27E.

Expanding Land Bank & Strong Profitability

Signature Global has built a substantial land bank of over 21 million sq. ft. for upcoming projects, with an estimated sales potential exceeding ₹350 billion. The company has strategically acquired land in high-growth micro-markets such as Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), Dwarka Expressway, and Sohna.

By keeping land costs low (just 10–15% of pre-sales value), the company has ensured healthy cash operating margins of 35%, with the potential to reach 40%.

Competitive Edge & Financial Stability

Top developers in Gurugram, like Signature Global, sell their projects quickly, benefiting from limited supply and customer preference for trusted developers. This results in minimal working capital needs and low capital investment per unit of pre-sales.

Due to strong collections and efficient operations, Signature Global has been able to expand its land holdings while keeping debt levels low.

Future Outlook: Achieving Net-Cash Status by FY27E

With rising cash collections and improving profitability, free cash flow is expected to continue increasing. Nuvama believes Signature Global is on track to achieve a net-cash status by FY27E, reinforcing its financial stability and long-term growth potential.

FABWood The Future of Furniture Redefined

The way we design our spaces is changing, big time. People no longer are limited to aesthetic pleasure when it comes to their furniture. They seek materials that are strong, sustainable, and safe. In an arena where furniture isn’t about utility but an extension of one’s lifestyle, the material that shapes it matters.

This is where FABWood by Merino steps in. Peers define it as a breakthrough engineered wood product that blends beauty with performance, offering a future-ready solution for furniture and interiors. With its remarkable strength, health-conscious composition, and sustainable origins, FABWood is not just a material. It is the foundation of better living.

A Healthier Choice for Your Home

The hidden dangers in furniture materials often go unnoticed. Traditional engineered boards release formaldehyde emissions, which are harmful to health over time. FABWood eliminates this concern. It is E1 Grade Chipboard, meeting the strictest European standards to ensure a significant reduction in harmful emissions. This means cleaner air, safer spaces, and a healthier home for you and your loved ones.

Strength That Surpasses Expectations

Furniture should last. It should withstand weight, pressure, and everyday wear without losing its integrity. FABWood is engineered for superior load-bearing strength, making it exceptionally durable. It surpasses the BIFMA 5.5 Test, an American standard that guarantees robust performance.

FABWood’s USP is its proprietary chip-weave technology. This ensures a gapless, homogeneous core, creating a split-resistant surface that is ideal for impact paneling and heavy-duty applications. The secret lies in the Dieffenbacher CPS+ Pressing Technology, which delivers uniform density across the board. The result? A material that not only resists splitting but also holds screws firmly in place – making it a boon for long-lasting furniture.

Beauty That Uplifts Every Space

While strength and health safety matter, so does design. FABWood is both: tough & elegant. With a wide range of colours, shades, and textures, it allows designers and homeowners to craft interiors that exude luxury and warmth. Its surfaces are smooth, precise, and rejection-free, thanks to a calibration accuracy of 0.1mm. Right from modern minimalist spaces or interiors with a classic charm, FABWood offers an unmatched aesthetic appeal that transforms any environment.

Sustainability at Its Core

Today, every choice we make impacts the planet. FABWood is not confined to the boundaries of being just a great element of furniture. It’s more. It is about responsible living. Crafted from 100% natural wood, it is sourced sustainably through managed agroforestry. Merino goes a step further by planting over one crore saplings annually, ensuring that for every tree used, nature gets replenished. This conscious approach makes FABWood not just a choice for today but a promise to future generations.

Why FABWood is the Future of Furniture?

In a world that demands more from its materials – more strength, more beauty, more responsibility – FABWood delivers on all fronts. It is engineered to last, designed to impress, and crafted with care for the environment. The future of furniture isn’t only about what looks good. Instead, it is about what feels right, lasts long, and protects what matters most. That future begins with FABWood.

Diksha Dhami AKA Chaina’s Summer Jugaad Natural Ways to Beat the Heat

As summer sets in, many turn to age-old home remedies to stay cool. Actress Diksha Dhami, who plays Chaina in Shemaroo Umang’s show ‘Badi Haveli Ki Chhoti Thakurain’, shares how she’s managing the scorching heat while shooting long hours.

She shares “Growing up, summer was my favorite season because it meant vacations at my Nani’s house, where she would make the most refreshing aam panna. I miss those carefree days when we never worried about sunscreen or tanning—summer was just about fun! But now, with long outdoor shoots, I have to be extra mindful of staying cool and hydrated.”

Diksha swears by simple, natural ways to beat the heat. “I always carry a bottle of sabza (basil seed) water—it keeps my body cool while shooting. Hydration is key, so I drink as much water as possible between takes to avoid heatstroke. My summer diet includes refreshing fruits like muskmelon and watermelon, which help regulate body temperature. I also avoid oily and spicy foods that can add to body heat.”

Skincare is another priority for the actors. “I use aloe vera gel and ice cubes—it helps to soothen the skin. Of course, I never step out without sunscreen to prevent burns,” she adds.

Her summer mantra? “Stick to everything natural! It’s the best way to stay cool and refreshed.”
