Will Deepika Take Kanha from Vrinda in Main Dil Tum Dhadkan
Shemaroo Umang’s emotional drama ‘Main Dil Tum Dhadkan’ has been winning hearts with the beautiful bond between Vrinda (Radhika Muthukumar) and Kanha (Kavish)—a relationship that proves love goes beyond blood ties. Vrinda, who has raised Kanha as her own son, has never let him feel the absence of his real mother. To him, she is his Yashoda, the only mother he has ever known.
But now, a storm is brewing as Deepika, Kanha’s biological mother, is back in the picture. Unlike Vrinda, Deepika has no real emotions for Kanha—she only wants to claim him to go against Keshav. This leaves Vrinda terrified of losing her son. The battle between love and blood ties has begun, and the big question remains—Will Deepika succeed in taking Kanha away, or will Vrinda’s love win?
Speaking about the intense track, Radhika Muthukumar shared, “The core of the show is the unique bond between Vrinda and Kanha. Deepika, on the other hand, has no emotions for him yet wants to claim him for her own motives. It’s heartbreaking how people use innocent children for their personal agendas.”
She further added, “Kanha sees me as his ‘Mau,’ his mother. Deepika can use all the tricks, but the child knows where his real mother’s love is. As the drama unfolds, audiences will witness an emotional battle—Will blood ties win, or will the power of motherly love prove stronger?
Shemaroo Umang’s Dil Tum Dhadkan Reflects Real Life Borewell Tragedy
In the world of television, there are moments when fiction feels all too real, and Shemaroo Umang’s popular show Main Dil Tum Dhadkan recently brought one such moment to life. The gripping episodes transported viewers into the depths of a family’s worst nightmare—echoing similar real-life tragedies.
In this storyline, Kanha, played by the talented child actor Kavish, is pushed into an open borewell by Pankaj, who wants to take revenge on Vrinda. As the rescue team works tirelessly to save the little boy, his parents, Vrinda and Keshav, are left grappling with a storm of helplessness, fear, and desperation.
Speaking about the intense sequence, Radhika Muthukumar, who plays Kanha’s mother Vrinda, shared her deeply personal connection to the scene “Honestly, the emotions came very naturally. It’s been almost two months since I started working with Kavish, and I’ve grown to feel like his real mother on set. When I learned about this sequence, I did some research and watched interviews of parents and villagers involved in such tragedies. It helped me understand the gravity of the situation. While shooting, I could genuinely feel the helplessness of a parent in such a moment. My heart goes out to families who have faced such unimaginable circumstances.”

She’s smart, a storyteller at heart, and has this incredible ability to make people believe in her stories—always using this talent to help those around her. On the surface, she’s cheerful and full of life, but beneath that, she hides a deep pain, which makes her a beautifully complex character to portray. Balancing her joy and hidden struggles has been a challenging but rewarding experience. I’m so grateful to Raghuvir Sir and Shemaroo Umang for trusting me with this role, and I can’t wait for everyone to meet Chaina and join her journey!”

At times, you might hate his actions, but eventually, you’ll fall in love with him as a person. While Chaina’s entry into the haveli as Chhoti Thakurain leaves everyone stunned, my entry will unwrap secrets that will bring an interesting turn in the story—you’ll have to watch to find out!”
