Teppanyaki Extravaganza at Miyuki DoubleTree Pune-Chinchwad

14th February 2025: DoubleTree by Hilton Pune-Chinchwad is delighted to announce “Art of Sizzle”, a month-long Teppanyaki festival at its exclusive Japanese Teppanyaki restaurant, Miyuki. Running till February 28, this curated experience is designed to elevate the traditional Teppanyaki dining journey with a thoughtfully crafted menu.

Teppanyaki, derived from the Japanese words teppan (iron plate) and yaki (grilled), is a post-World War II culinary style that emphasizes precision cooking and theatrical presentation. At Miyuki, this experience is enhanced by the restaurant’s exclusive seating arrangement, ensuring personalized service and an immersive interaction with the chef. The restaurant will offer guests a front-row view of the Teppanyaki artistry, where skilled chefs expertly grill premium ingredients on an iron griddle, blending authentic Japanese flavors with contemporary culinary finesse.

The festival features an exquisite selection of dishes, starting with the Samurai Seafood Teppanyaki, a delightful combination of tiger prawns, squid, salmon, and scallops, cooked with Japanese garlic butter and Yuzu soy sauce, served alongside aromatic hibachi rice. The Lamb Chop Teppanyaki Delight presents premium lamb chops glazed with truffle soy, paired with grilled asparagus and sesame miso sauce. For those who enjoy a fusion of flavors, the Chicken & Tofu Teppanyaki offers tender chicken thigh paired with silken tofu, enhanced with a teriyaki glaze, grilled vegetables, and miso butter rice. Vegetarians can savor the Yasai Teppanyaki, a vibrant medley of shiitake mushrooms, zucchini, bell peppers, asparagus, and grilled tofu, complemented by a ginger soy dressing and garlic fried rice. For an indulgent combination of land and sea, the Surf & Turf Teppanyaki Platter features herb-infused chicken, jumbo prawns, and butter garlic scallops, served with grilled vegetables and a sake miso sauce.
