In his role at Terray Realty, Pavit will lead business strategy, drive top-line growth, and oversee financial operations with complete P&L accountability. He will also oversee the company’s operational functions, with a focus on strengthening processes, driving cross-functional collaboration, improving execution, and building scalable systems to support Terray Realty’s expanding business.
With nearly two decades of expertise in channel sales, Kedarnath P. has built a proven track record of driving growth, strengthening partner networks, and delivering consistent results across dynamic markets for firms Like Citi Bank, Cushman & Wakefield, Arvind SmartSpaces and Puravankara, to name a few. At Terray Realty, he will lead with a strategic vision that blends deep market insight with relationship-driven execution and developing strategic alliances to support sales and business growth.
