Ahmedabad / Mumbai, July 15: Rapidise, an India-based deep-tech Original Design Manufacturer, has appointed Hardik Shah as Senior Director – Solution Engineering. Based in Ahmedabad, Hardik will lead solution engineering, pre-sales, customer engagement and go-to-market execution for Rapidise’s IoT ODM business, supporting business growth across key industry verticals.
The appointment comes as Rapidise continues to expand its end-to-end ODM platform to meet the growing demand for integrated product development and electronics manufacturing services. In his new role, Hardik will work closely with customers and Rapidise’s engineering and manufacturing teams to align technology requirements with scalable product solutions, helping OEMs move from product concept to commercial deployment more efficiently.
An industry veteran with over 22 years of experience, Hardik has built deep expertise across semiconductors, wireless technologies, IoT architecture, embedded systems, solution engineering and product development. Prior to joining Rapidise, he spent over 17 years at Qualcomm, where he held several engineering and leadership positions, most recently serving as Senior Staff Engineer and Technical Account Manager Lead. During his tenure, he led customer engagements across IoT and Wi-Fi programmes, supporting product commercialisation and deployments across LTE, VoLTE, NB-IoT, cloud platforms and device certification. Earlier in his career, he held engineering roles at AMD, Samsung India and Creative Solutions, developing expertise in embedded systems, multimedia frameworks and connected technologies.
