Rajadhani Madhubaishya Samaja Holds Successful Annual General Body Meeting in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar, July 17: The Annual General Body Meeting of Rajadhani Madhubaishya Samaja was successfully held today at Laxminarayan Smruti Pitha, Tapobana, Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, with the invocation "Om Shri Ganeshaya Namah" marking the auspicious beginning of the proceedings.

The meeting was presided over by President Shri Sadananda Sahoo in the presence of Vice Presidents Shri Basudev Sahoo and Shri Bichitrananda Sahoo. Other office bearers in attendance included General Secretary Shri Subas Chandra Sahoo, Joint Secretaries Shri Bijay Chandra Sahoo and Shri Shiba Pada Sahoo, Treasurer Shri Dhruba Charan Sahoo, Auditor Shri Uttam Charan Sahoo, along with members of the Executive Committee.

The gathering witnessed enthusiastic participation from senior members, existing members, and several newly enrolled members. Identity cards were formally distributed to all registered members as part of the organization's membership strengthening initiative.

During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the rules, regulations, and future roadmap of the Rajadhani Madhubaishya Samaja. A key resolution focused on intensifying efforts to seek official government recognition of the Madhubaishya community, with members expressing their collective commitment to pursuing this important objective through constructive and democratic means.

Despite continuous rainfall throughout the day, the meeting recorded an impressive turnout, reflecting the dedication and unity of the members. Participants appreciated the excellent organization of the event and reaffirmed their commitment to the welfare, progress, and social development of the Madhubaishya community.
