Over the past two years, BAPL Group has expanded its warehousing footprint to over 4,50,000 sq. ft., covering major hubs such as Palwal, Mumbai, and Kolkata. The company’s latest warehouse in Palwal, launched in September 2024, provides end-to-end supply chain solutions that include primary transportation, hub handling, and last-mile delivery. With this, the group manages an average inventory worth ₹1,800 crore while ensuring efficiency and accuracy through advanced operations such as daily physical inventory counts and advanced inventory categorization, SKU-level tracking, and daily physical inventory counts.

Since the launch of its first warehouse in Kolkata in February 2023, BAPL Group has consistently delivered measurable value for clients. Turnaround times have reduced by more than 60%, on-time delivery rates have exceeded 99%, and damages and shortages have been significantly minimized. The Mumbai warehouse, started in March 2024, has further enhanced service reach, enabling deliveries to the last destination within 48 hours.
