Celonis Showcases Latest Process Intelligence and AI Innovations at Next 2025

May 14th, 2025 – Celonis, a global leader in Process Mining, today at its Celonis:Next event, demonstrated how its Process Intelligence (PI) platform enables companies to maximize the ROI from their enterprise AI deployments—a necessity for success in a future where AI agents work alongside and support humans. Because just as humans need the right information to do their jobs, AI needs to understand the business. With updates to its AgentC suite, the acquisition of Orchestration Engine, and multiple platform advancements, Celonis showed how it provides the intelligence companies need to build effective AI agents, helps them orchestrate end-to-end business processes, and simplifies the deployment of PI and AI across the enterprise.

AI is great for everyday tasks, like writing emails. But to provide maximum value for business, it needs to do things like telling you which customer deliveries are at risk and take automated action to reroute deliveries and notify logistics partners,” said Alex Rinke, co-CEO and co-founder of CelonisCelonis Process Intelligence makes this possible. It provides AI with the process knowledge and business context to make it effective in accomplishing business-critical tasks, like mitigating supply chain disruptions, optimizing inventory, and managing tariffs. That’s why we strongly believe that for enterprise use cases, ‘there’s no AI without PI’.”

PI + AI = Maximum ROI

The Process Intelligence Graph (PI Graph), which sits at the heart of the Celonis platform, brings together process data and business context to create a living digital twin of business operations. Celonis AgentC, a suite of AI agent tools, integrations, and partnerships, feeds the Process Intelligence from the PI Graph to AI agents, whether customers build them in leading AI platforms or leverage prebuilt agents from Celonis and its partners.

Following the launch of AgentC at Celosphere in October 2024, the company unveiled significant upgrades to AgentC just six months later at Celonis:Next, including an extended Process Intelligence API that makes it easier to securely share PI context, metrics, and recommended actions with AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock, or Salesforce Agentforce.

But AI agents are just the latest among many tools that companies are using to automate and streamline tasks. Modern business processes involve an increasingly intricate web of system- and application-level automations, workflow automations, RPA bots, and manual activities that span multiple systems. But companies lack the ability to oversee and control all of these tools.

Celonis Orchestration Engine provides an intelligent orchestration layer that connects and coordinates tasks in a given process across all tools, systems and departments. Leveraging real-time Process Intelligence, companies can observe process workflows live and direct processes toward the outcomes they want to achieve. Orchestration Engine gives a new level of control and agility to companies as they adapt their workflows to an ever-changing world. Celonis has acquired Orchestration Engine from its partner Emporix and fully integrated it with the Celonis platform.

Celonis also announced enhancements to the tools that help customers build AI capabilities on Celonis, including:

  • Process Copilots in GA: Celonis Process Copilots are now generally available and can be used in collaboration tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. Now Celonis’ customers’ employees can interact with their processes in their regular workspaces and get answers fast about what’s working and what blockers need their attention.

  • Annotation Builder in GA: The Celonis Annotation Builder, a no-code GenAI tool for recommending decisions, is now generally available. Static dashboards are a thing of the past — now Celonis analytics views show employees AI-generated recommendations for how to address issues and improve processes.

Celonis’ AI capabilities have fundamentally improved our inventory management and maintenance response,” said Brian Dodson, Business Process Improvement Manager and Celonis Center of Excellence lead at Smurfit Westrock. “Our plant technicians can now ask their Process Copilot to locate and arrange transfers of spare parts from other plants, minimizing disruption and maximizing value by keeping our operations running smoothly.”

Celonis Solution Suites + Partner Apps: Everything enterprises need to leverage PI + AI

To enable faster deployment of PI and AI across every department in the enterprise, thereby accelerating process improvement and reducing time to value, Celonis introduced Celonis Solution Suites—comprehensive packages that combine connectors to critical systems, pre-defined process data and business context, AI-powered capabilities, and pre-built apps. Today, four Solutions Suites have been launched:

  • Supply Chain Solution Suite

  • Finance Solution Suite

  • Front Office Solution Suite

  • Sustainability Solution Suite

Celonis Solution Suites are already being used by leading consumer goods companies to deliver the best customer experience, even in the face of today’s supply chain disruption, complexities, and growing cost pressures. Celonis helped one organization quantify how many customer orders were being automatically rejected due to minimum order quantity thresholds. With the right insights, those orders could be bundled and filled instead of being rejected.

Enhancements across the Celonis platform

Celonis has made its Process Intelligence platform faster and easier to use with multiple advancements, including:

  • Process Intelligence Graph expansion: Celonis has expanded the PI Graph’s pre-built objects and events catalogue. Long-time Celonis customers can bring their existing data models into the PI Graph faster and simpler. And new version control features make it easier for customers to manage their individual PI Graph.

  • New Celonis Process Management API integration: Celonis Process Management unites process mining and modeling, bringing data on how processes should run, and how they actually run, together. With a new direct API integration, companies can now import process models into the Celonis Process Adherence Manager, getting unparalleled detail and accuracy in process adherence assessment—a capability unmatched in the market.

  • Microsoft Fabric integration: Celonis Process Intelligence is now available as a workload in Microsoft Fabric. Celonis‘ zero-copy integration with Fabric and the ability to embed Celonis Views into Fabric lets Microsoft users seamlessly embed process intelligence into solutions they’re building.

  • Process Mining innovation: A new event log builder lets users create, modify and explore event logs on the fly directly in Celonis Views without having to go back to the data model, write lines of SQL code, or create new sub-processes.

  • More intuitive and customizable Studio Views: New scalable View Modules make sure changes made to one View Module are automatically replicated anywhere it’s used. Performing deeper analysis is faster with new process visualizations and enhanced filtering options. And new scheduled reports let users share insights with key stakeholders on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

  • New PQL Editor: PQL is the language of Process Intelligence. The new PQL Editor is business context aware and continuously in sync with customer Knowledge Models.

“Alongside our partners, we continuously invest in our platform,” said Dan Brown, Chief Product Officer at Celonis. “With AgentC and our Process Intelligence API, we’re helping customers maximize the ROI of their AI deployments. Orchestration Engine enables stronger oversight and control of process workflows. And Solution Suites shorten time to value by making it faster and easier to deploy PI and AI across the enterprise.”

Most of the newly announced capabilities, including Process Copilot and Annotation Builder, are available for deployment immediately. Companies can explore these features and engage with the Celonis community at upcoming events like the Celonis Process Intelligence Days, CelonisNext Product Forums, and Celosphere in Munich, November 4th-5th.

F5 Report 2025: AI Moves from Talk to Action

INDIA, MAY 13, 2025 – IT leaders are increasingly trusting AI with business-critical tasks from traffic management to cost optimization, according to the industry’s most comprehensive report on application strategy.

F5’s 2025 State of Application Strategy Report, which surveys global IT decision makers1, found that 96% of organizations are now deploying AI models, up from a quarter in 2023.

There is also a growing willingness to elevate AI to the heart of business operations. Almost three-quarters of respondents (72%) said they want to use AI to optimize app performance, whereas 59% support the use of AI for both cost-optimization and to inject security rules, automatically mitigating zero-day vulnerabilities.

Today, half of organizations are using AI gateways to connect applications to AI tools, and another 40% expect to be doing so in the next 12 months. Most are using this technology to protect and manage AI models (62%), provide a central point of control (55%), and to protect their company from sensitive data leaks (55%).

“This year’s SOAS Report shows that IT decision makers are becoming confident about embedding AI into ops,” said Lori MacVittie, F5 Distinguished Engineer. “We are fast moving to a point where AI will be trusted to operate autonomously at the heart of an organization, generating and deploying code that helps to cut costs, boost efficiency, and mitigate security problems. That is what we mean when we talk about AIOps, and it is now becoming a reality.”

Operational Readiness and API Challenges Remain

Despite growing AI confidence, the SOAS Report highlights several enduring challenges. For organizations currently deploying AI models, the number one concern is AI model security.

And, while AI tools are more autonomous than ever, operational readiness gaps still exist. 60% of organizations feel bogged down by manual workflows, and 54% claim skill shortages are barriers to AI development.

Furthermore, almost half (48%) identified the cost of building and operating AI workloads as a problem, up from 42% last year.

A greater proportion of organizations also said that they have not established a scalable data practice (39% vs. 33% in 2024) and that they do not trust AI outputs due to potential bias or hallucinations (34% vs. 27%). However, fewer complained about the quality of their data (48%, down from 56% last year).

APIs were another concern. 58% reported they have become a pain point, and some organizations spend as much as half of their time managing complex configurations involving numerous APIs and languages. Working with vendor APIs (31%), custom scripting (29%), and integrating with ticketing and management systems (23%) were flagged as the most time-consuming automation-related tasks.

“Organizations need to focus on the simplification and standardization of operations, including streamlining APIs, technologies, and tasks,” said MacVittie. “They should also recognize that AI systems are themselves well-suited to handle complexity autonomously by generating and deploying policies or solving workflow issues. Operational simplicity is not just something on which AI is going to rely, but which it will itself help to deliver.”

Hybrid App Deployments Prevail

Allied to soaring AI appetites is a greater reliance on hybrid cloud architectures.

According to the SOAS Report, 94% of organizations are deploying applications across multiple environments, including public clouds, private clouds, on-premises data centers, edge computing, and colocation facilities—to meet varied scalability, cost, and compliance requirements.

Consequently, most decision makers see hybrid environments as critical to their operational flexibility. 91% cited adaptability to fluctuating business needs as the top benefit of adopting multiple clouds, followed by improved app resiliency (68%) and cost efficiencies (59%).

A hybrid approach is also reflected in deployment strategies for AI workloads, with 51% planning to use models across both cloud and on-premises environments for the foreseeable future.

Significantly, 79% of organizations recently repatriated at least one application from the public cloud back to an on-premises or colocation environment, citing cost control, security concerns, and predictability. This marks a dramatic rise from 13% just four years ago, further underscoring the importance of preserving flexibility beyond public cloud reliance.

Still, the hybrid model can prove a headache for some. Inconsistent delivery policies (reported by 53% of respondents) and fragmented security strategies (47%) are all top of mind in this respect.

“While spreading applications across different environments and cloud providers can bring challenges, the benefits of being cloud-agnostic are too great to ignore. It has never been clearer that the hybrid approach to app deployment is here to stay,” said Cindy Borovick, Director of Market and Competitive Intelligence, F5.

APCJ AI Adoption and Challenges – Key Highlights:

  • AI Gateways on the Rise: Nearly half of APCJ organizations (49%) are already using AI gateways to connect applications to AI tools, with another 46% planning to do so in the next 12 months.
  • Top Use Cases for AI Gateways: Among those leveraging AI gateways, the most common applications include protecting and managing AI models (66%), preventing sensitive data leaks (61%), and observing AI traffic and application demand (61%).
  • Data and Trust Challenges: Over half (53%) struggle with immature data quality, and 45% are deterred by the high costs of building and running AI workloads.
  • Hybrid Complexity: The hybrid model of AI deployment introduces hurdles, with 79% citing inconsistent security policies, 59% highlighting delivery inconsistencies, and 16% dealing with operational difficulties.

Toward a Programmable, AI-Driven Future

Looking ahead, the SOAS Report suggests that organizations aiming to unlock AI’s full potential should focus on creating programmable IT environments that standardize and automate app delivery and security policies.

By 2026, AI is expected to move from isolated tasks to orchestrating end-to-end processes, marking a shift toward complete automation within IT operations environments. Platforms equipped with natural language interfaces and programmable capabilities will increasingly eliminate the need for traditional management consoles, streamlining IT workflows with unprecedented precision.

“Flexibility and automation are no longer optional—they are critical for navigating complexity and driving transformation at scale,” Borovick emphasized. “Organizations that establish programmable foundations will not only enhance AI’s potential but create IT strategies capable of scaling, adapting, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the modern age.”

New Delhi, May 2, 2025Upcoming Smartphone Launches in May 2025: We are set for an exciting month with popular brands like OnePlusSamsung, POCO and TECNO among others bringing their new smartphones to the market. OnePlus has already confirmed its launch plans for a new compact flagship which is likely to follow in the footsteps of the OnePlus 13T but Samsung is also vying for a coveted spot in the premium table with the iPhone 17 Air rival the Galaxy S25 Edge.

With an enticing lineup on the horizon, here’s a look at the big phone launches expected over the next 31 days in May

Big Phone Launches In May 2025

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge

Samsung has been teasing, previewing, and even keeping it under a glass box, but it is high time we see the Galaxy S25 Edge get an official launch. Most reports said that will happen in April, but the company was seemingly forced to change those plans, which means, we could see it launch in May. Rumours even say the Galaxy S25 Edge launch could be on May 13 which is still a few weeks away but no official word from Samsung on this yet.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is rumoured to sport a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. But the biggest highlight of the device is its ultra-slim and lightweight design, measuring under 162 grams and a mere 5.84 mm in thickness.

Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 Edge is anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. However, the slim design of the Galaxy S25 Edge could become a problem, as the device will reportedly house a 3,900 mAh battery with 25W charging support to maintain its slender profile.

OnePlus 13s

The OnePlus 13s is officially confirmed to launch in India, but the timeline is not very clear as of today, but we do expect major updates from the brand, with a May 2025 launch not being completely ruled out.

While OnePlus hasn’t said it directly, chances are that the OnePlus 13T will be rebranded as 13s in India. OnePlus 13s will become the third device in the OnePlus 13 series which already has the 13R in the lineup.

OnePlus has confirmed the 13s will be a flagship phone powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It will feature a 6.32-inch display which makes it the ideal compact device with powerful credentials. The OnePlus 13s is also going to launch in black and pink colour options. The OnePlus 13s price in India is likely to start around Rs 55,000 which puts it below the OnePlus 13 model in the series.

Realme GT 7

Realme GT 7 is now gearing up for its launch in the Indian market. Realme has officially teased the smartphone’s arrival through its social media channels, highlighting its impressive gaming capabilities.

The device is confirmed to offer up to six hours of high-frame-rate gameplay on Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI). It is expected to join the Realme GT 7 Pro in the company’s latest lineup of gaming-focused smartphones in India.

The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, coupled with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB internal storage. It runs on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15.

Poco F7

Poco F7 is likely to debut globally in May and we could see the device launch along with the F7 Ultra in the Indian market as well. The new Poco F-series phone is likely to feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset with up to 16GB RAM which should make it a hard-core performance device.

It is expected to carry a 6.8-inch AMOLED display and packed with a massive 7,550mAh battery that might support 90W charging speed. The phone is likely to get IP69 rating and a dual-rear camera system.

iQOO Neo 10

iQOO launched the Neo 10R in the Indian market recently and it seems ready to bring the Neo 10 version to the country soon. iQOO Neo 10 Pro+ is going to debut in China next month, and rumours suggest the iQOO Neo 10 model for India could be the same variant. Going by the leaks, the Neo 10 could be a flagship-grade device with a large battery that supports 120W charging speed. It is expected to feature a dual rear camera setup and sport an OLED display.

TECNO POVA Curve 5G

TECNO is the latest name added to the list of exciting phone launches in May. The company has shared a teaser for its new device called the POVA Curve 5G which also shows its sleek design and metal finishing. It even has a curved display as you would expect from the name and a dual rear camera setup in a triangular module with LED notification light on the edges. We should have more details about this device in the coming days.
