Mohali, Punjab, Feb 11: Horizon Group has received RERA registration for Horizon Richmond, its commercial plotted development in Sector 110, Mohali. The approval marks a key milestone for the project and offers buyers and business owners the assurance of regulatory clarity as on-ground development progresses.
Spread across 5.5 acres along NH 205A, Horizon Richmond enjoys a prominent 600-foot highway frontage. The project is being planned as an organised commercial address to serve the everyday retail and business needs of Mohali and the larger Tricity region.
The development will feature a mix of Shop-cum-Office (SCO) plots, DSS plots, shops, and booths, along with four anchor plots earmarked for larger commercial uses. SCO plots are planned at 16.6 x 66 feet, while DSS plots measure 14 x 39.4 feet, offering flexibility for retailers, service providers, and local entrepreneurs.
Site development and construction work are currently underway. The Group expects to begin handing over possession within the next six months.
