Oct 29: Cult.fit Ltd announced the launch of two new footwear products: the Cult Barefoot Training Shoes and the ApexRacer Carbon-Plated Running Shoes. Together, the launches broaden Cult’s performance footwear offering with purpose-built options for strength training and race-day running.

Developed for Indian athletes and fitness enthusiasts, the two shoes address distinct training and running needs. Cult Barefoot range is designed around the Indian foot profile for a stable, natural ground feel during strength training, while Cult Apex Racer is built for race-day performance, offering specifications typically associated with premium global running shoes.
Commenting on the launch, Mr. Siddharth Suchde, Head of Footwear, Cult.fit Ltd, said
, “Many of our product ideas at cult are shaped by detailed feedback from people who work out at our centres. Their inputs give us an insight of what fitness enthusiasts need and where existing products fall short. With Cult Barefoot training range and Cult Apex Racer carbon-plated shoes, we have built specialised footwear for two very different needs, with performance and affordability at the core. Our aim is simple: understand what consumers want and deliver products that genuinely add value to their fitness journey.”
Barefoot Training Shoes
Built for strength training and functional workouts, our barefoot range delivers a stable, close-to-ground feel without the heavy cushioning of conventional training shoes. Its zero-drop platform keeps the heel and forefoot level, while an extra-wide toe box lets the toes spread naturally for better stability during high-intensity sessions.
The wider toe box is designed with Indian foot shapes in mind, giving the toes room to spread naturally for greater comfort and stability.
A breathable knitted upper provides a secure, comfortable fit, and the ground control rubber outsole offers reliable grip on indoor training surfaces, including wet gym floors. A removable, perforated insole adds light protection and airflow without compromising the ground feel central to barefoot training.
The Cult Barefoot training shoes are priced at ₹3,699 and are available in six colourways.
