Speaking around the same, Ms. Swati Munjal, President, BML Munjal University, remarked, “At BML Munjal University, we see leadership not as a title but as a responsibility—one that calls for courage, empathy, and the will to uplift others. Women are not here to adapt to old leadership paradigms; we are here to reshape them. Through initiatives like the Women in Leadership program and Mera Business, we are nurturing changemakers not just for boardrooms, but for communities and grassroots as well. When women lead with authenticity, feminity and purpose, the impact extends far beyond organizations—it transforms societies, systems, and the future itself.”

The Women in Leadership Conference 2025 stood as a testament to BMU’s continued commitment to fostering inclusive leadership and empowering women to break barriers, drive innovation, and lead with impact. Tanu Kashyap, Director General, National Institute of Fashion Technology, remarked, “True power stems not from authority, but from the possibilities we embrace. leadership is about providing direction and motivation to those we work with, creating an environment where people can thrive.  Leadership is not about being at the top, but about the positive impact we can have on others along the way.”

The panel discussion on “The Future of Work: AI, Innovation, and the Changing Leadership Landscape” brought together leaders from IBM, JSW Group, Hero FinCorp, and Kent Engineering to explore the impact of AI on leadership, skills, and workplace dynamics. In the latter half, participants engaged in workshops around topics such as AI-led leadership strategies and business storytelling.
