Commenting on the performance, Mr. Ridhish Patel, Chairman & Managing Director, ArMee Infotech Limited, said:
“Our Q1 FY27 performance reflects the strength of our operating fundamentals and continued focus on disciplined execution. Despite the traditionally subdued first quarter associated with government and institutional business cycles; we delivered a meaningful improvement in profitability and operating margins. The successful completion of our ₹300 crore IPO marks an important milestone in ArMee’s journey, reinforcing our commitment to building a stronger, future-ready organisation. Our expansion into renewable energy, particularly battery energy storage and solar infrastructure, represents a strategic extension of our established project execution capabilities. The recent award of the 250 MW / 500 MWh BESS project and formation of a dedicated renewable energy subsidiary further strengthen this direction. As we move forward, our priorities remain strengthening our core businesses, maintaining financial discipline, expanding selectively into infrastructure opportunities and creating sustainable long-term value for stakeholders.”
